The Role
To deliver and lead site-based projects for decontamination, deep cleaning, surface coating and infection control services and products.
Work as part of a team and/or supervise a team and contribute to the execution of the service strategy by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality, cost effective offerings, solutions and projects to the customer.
Execute service work according to work instructions and in accordance with company standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities
* Manage and control the service delivery to the agreed specification and standard required by all contracts, measured by both qualitative and financial targets
* Allocates, drives and monitors work to projects based on work content, delivery time and competencies. Effectively utilises available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets
* Effectively learn, adopt and deliver new products, techniques and skills
* Performs Service tasks as allocated from delivery through to obtaining signed certificate of completion
* Ensures planning and execution of various Service activities carried out on site
* Ensures that materials and components to service delivery are available while optimizing cost, stock and timing
* Prepares all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative
The Candidate
* Experience in a similar position is essential
* Accurate report writing skills
* Able to work independently, understand problems and find solutions
* Able to demonstrate customer focus
* Willing to be flexible in terms of working hours
* Full driving licence
