About The Role
As a Project Liaison Officer (PLO), you will serve as an effective tenant liaison point and coordinate within the Support Services section of our Planned and Replacements team.
Your responsibilities include liaising with customers on investment plans, attending surgeries, open days, and corporate events, investigating customer inquiries, and reporting findings to the Project Manager. You will also provide statistical reports to management.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven ability to work under pressure independently
* Experience in developing services to achieve high-quality performance within a value-for-money framework
* Knowledge of IT as an analytical tool
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
* Ability to clearly present written and verbal information
