Procurement Manager
Location: Glasgow (Office-based)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Annual Management Bonus

We’re recruiting for a Procurement Manager to lead a small team of Buyers and drive commercial success across a diverse supply base.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the procurement team
* Deliver procurement strategy aligned with business goals
* Manage supplier performance and contract negotiations
* Oversee stock levels, order placement, and supplier service levels
* Collaborate with internal departments on new product development
* Drive cost reduction initiatives and process improvements
* Ensure audit compliance and maintain procurement policies
* Generate and analyse management reports and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-level education and CIPS (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in procurement leadership roles
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills
* Project management and cost reduction expertise
* Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
