COME AND JOIN US. .. We are currently seeking a warm, highly motivated and dynamic Guest Experience Coordinator to play a key role within our Glenmor team. Glenmor is the seasonal ownership within Gleneagles. We have 53 homes and our owners return to us year after year to experience all that our Glorious Playground has to offer. The concierge team is small and mighty and is the face of Glenmor, looking after our guests whilst they arrange their stay with us pre-arrival, right through to their departure. We’re adept at build strong and long-lasting relationships. The on target earning potential for this role is £16.02 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £13.52 plus a qualified estimate of £2.50 per hour in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards. The shift pattern for this role is Saturday 10.30am to 7pm and Sunday 8.30am to 5pm each week. H ere's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role: You’ll ensure every aspect of our guests’ stay is seamless and unforgettable; from the initial planning stages through to arrival, and right up to their departure Taking great pride in making sure each home is immaculately presented and fully prepared ahead of every arrival, creating an exceptional first impression With expert knowledge of our estate, you’ll advise guests on the wide array of activities and services available, confidently upselling where appropriate and handling all bookings and reservations with precision and care Supporting our Concierge Manager, you’ll assist with a variety of administrative duties, including managing calls and emails from homeowners and guests, and responding promptly to maintenance issues and in-house requests You’ll also play an integral role in preparing for and contributing to the smooth running of our weekly arrivals meetings, ensuring every guest experience is delivered to the highest standard Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way The kind of person we're looking for: Ideally, you’re already thriving in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
