A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager based in the Southwest to join a highly reputable, global medical device manufacturer offering premium quality compression therapy products. This is a hybrid role combining direct sales with the management of a small team of three field-based sales representatives, covering the South of England.

THE ROLE:
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for both growing your own sales across the territory and leading a team of three Business Development Managers. You will sell a leading range of medical compression products into both NHS and private healthcare sectors, working closely with key decision-makers such as District Nurses, Tissue Viability Nurses, Vascular Consultants, Lymphoedema Specialists, and Procurement Teams. Alongside your personal sales activities, you will coach, develop, and mentor your team to achieve territory objectives, drive strategic territory planning, support formulary inclusions, win tenders, and enhance the overall presence of the brand in your region. Strong cross-functional collaboration, accurate CRM reporting, and strategic planning will all be key parts of your role.
EXPERIENCE:
We are looking for someone ideally already in a medical team management role, or alternatively, a strong Key Account Manager within wound care, urology, or compression therapy who is ready to step up into leadership. A proven record of commercial success, strong clinical engagement skills, and an understanding of the NHS structure and procurement processes is essential. Previous experience managing a team, mentoring colleagues, or taking on leadership responsibilities will be a distinct advantage.
THE PACKAGE FOR REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER:
· Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
· Bonus: £10,000+ uncapped
· Company Car or Car Allowance
· Private Healthcare
· Employer Pension Contribution
· 25 Days Annual Leave (plus public holidays)
