The Copthorne Hotel Manchester is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager.
The Food & Beverage Manager will ensure a high standard of customer service is provided at all times and that the team are supervised effectively.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about excellent customer service and creating a highly engaged team.
Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities include:
* Planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the department
* Managing the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
* Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely within the management team to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times
* Communicating effectively within the management team and attending meetings, as required
* Responding to guest feedback and Revinate reviews
* Participating in Duty Management shifts, as required
* Achieving Food & Beverage Key Performance Indicators
What are we looking for?
* Strong people management experience within Food & Beverage operations
* Ability to lead the team and train as required
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Good organisational skills
* A professional approach with the ability to work well under pressure
