Salary: £24,571.00 to £26,231.00 per year, pro rata
Our Finance Department has two short-term Data Entry opportunities to support the team whilst we are implementing a new finance system. These roles are for 12 months, reporting to the Accounting Services Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day processing across our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.
Duties include:
* Accurately keying invoices onto the finance system (Open Accounts)
* Checking and processing Sales Invoices through our workflow package
* Checking and reconciling data from our third parties
* Retrieving and collating grant-related data to support grant funding claims, ensuring claims reconcile back to expenditure
* Checking and validating expense claims to ensure compliance with policies
* Handling finance administration duties for Local Groups, including account signatory changes and stationery requests
Essential skills, knowledge & experience:
* Good standard of education including Mathematics at GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent
* At least 12 months experience working in a busy Finance Office
* Excellent numerical and IT skills
* Organised and methodical
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
These are 12-month roles, 30 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, office-based at The Lodge, Sandy.
