As we continue to grow and expand, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Manager who can lead our exceptional team.This position has the exciting potential to become permanent as we open new offices to meet growing demand. What You’ll Do ∙Lead, develop and inspire a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in the community
∙Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care ∙Manage recruitment, training, and ongoing support of care staff ∙Oversee care planning, risk assessments and quality assurance processes ∙Build strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders ∙Drive service growth and sustainability in line with our vision and values
What We’re Looking For
∙Proven experience in a management role within domiciliary/home care ∙Hold (or be willing to achieve) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care ∙Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory standards ∙Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills ∙Passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting staff to thrive ∙Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
