Customer Relationship Management Manager
We’re working with a leading international gaming operator who are looking to hire a CRM Manager to join their growing team. With a strong presence across the UK and international markets, they offer both sportsbook and casino products and pride themselves on delivering best-in-class customer engagement strategies.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of CRM strategy and execution, primarily across the UK market but with exposure to international territories. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be building and optimising campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app messaging, as well as shaping strategy to drive retention and engagement. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of CRM and the CEO, and lead a small team of CRM Executives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, build, test, and deploy CRM campaigns across multiple channels
* Use data to segment customers and deliver personalised offers
* Monitor player behaviour and optimise engagement on a daily basis
* Run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
* Support wider projects such as game launches, onboarding operators, and building automated lifecycle journeys
Your Background
* 2–3+ years’ CRM experience, ideally within iGaming
* Hands-on experience building campaigns in HTML across multiple CRM channels
* Strong commercial mindset with the confidence to push ideas through to delivery
* Mentoring or light team leadership experience is a plus
