Are you an experienced
Test Manager
with a strong background in the insurance sector? This is an exciting opportunity to join a
major Life Insurer
in the City of London on a
12-month fixed-term contract
.
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing end-to-end testing across critical projects, ensuring quality standards are met, risks are managed, and delivery aligns with business objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders, project teams, and third parties to drive testing excellence within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience as a Test Manager within the insurance industry (life insurance highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, execution, and defect management
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
A detail-oriented, structured, and proactive approach
