We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Temporary Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and personable individual with a strong administrative background to support a fast-paced office on a temporary part-time basis until Christmas 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organising training events
2. Coordinating administration surrounding professional development
3. Maintaining and updating accurate records
4. Providing general administrative support to the school team
Candidate Requirements:
5. Enhanced DBS essential
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
10. Previous experience working within a school/educational setting desirable
