2 Brand New Roles - 2 x Hygiene Operator **
Location: Merseyside / Near Knowsley
Hours: 7am – 7pm (12-hour shifts)
Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off
Pay: £13.28 per hour / Salary circa £29,000
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Hygiene Operator to join our growing team within a fast-paced food & drink manufacturing environment. This is a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and operational excellence, helping us deliver quality products while working in a positive and supportive workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Cleaning and sanitising production equipment, machinery and work areas
* Carrying out scheduled hygiene and deep-clean tasks
* Ensuring hygiene standards meet food safety and audit requirements
* Using cleaning chemicals safely and following site procedures
* Completing hygiene paperwork and records accurately
* Reporting any maintenance or hygiene concerns
* Supporting production teams to maintain a safe and clean environment

What We’re Looking For
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Reliable and able to work 12-hour shifts
* Good attention to detail and pride in high standards
* Comfortable with physical work
* Experience in food & drink manufacturing or similar environments is beneficial but not essential
Desirable Qualifications
* Food Hygiene / Food Safety certificate
* COSHH awareness
* Health & Safety or Manual Handling training
