Role: Support Lead / L3 Lead Engineer Location: London, UK Hybrid 2-3 days a week from office Job Description:: Requeired Skills: Support Full Stack Lead (.NET, REACT and SQL) Provide technical ownership and escalation lead ership across TimeGate, TimeGate Plus, and Templa platforms, ensuring stable production support, risk mitigation, and architectural continuity. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end L3 technical delivery across all products Act as final escalation point for P1 / P2 incidents Lead root cause analysis and permanent fixes Review and approve complex code changes and hotfixes Oversee releases and provide technical go / no-go decisions Guide migration-related fixes and parity gap remediation Drive knowledge transfer and reduce key-person dependencies Mentor offshore engineer s and ensure engineer ing standards Identify technical debt and automation opportunities Required Skills Strong .NET / ASP.NET / C#, React SQL Server performance tuning Azure (Functions, Service Bus, cloud ops) Legacy modernization exposure Incident command & production troubleshooting DevOps / CI-CD understanding Experience 1012 years engineer ing 5 years in production support or L3 ownership Experience support ing customer-facing enterprise systems
