Chapman Tate are working in partnership with a leading UK Distributor, and processor to recruit an
ERP Technical Analyst
with specialist knowledge in
Epicor Kinetic
. This is a pivotal role for someone who can deliver both hands-on technical support and forward-thinking system improvements within a highly customised ERP environment.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently, with the ability to guide stakeholders, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimise ERP functionality across a range of business areas. Your input will help shape the future performance of the ERP platform, ensuring it supports both day-to-day operations and long-term business goals.
What You'll Be Doing
* ERP Support & Development
– Maintain, support, and enhance Epicor Kinetic functionality, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Customisation & Data Management
– Configure, adapt, and improve the system through tools such as BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and DMT.
* Process Optimisation
– Work with internal teams to improve operational and financial workflows, from supply chain and manufacturing to purchasing and finance.
* Knowledge Sharing
– Act as the in-house Epicor expert, advising and upskilling colleagues.
* Continuous Improvement
– Lead on enhancements, upgrades, and system projects to maximise ERP efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in
Epicor Kinetic
(cloud and on-premise considered).
* Proven expertise with
BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reporting, and DMT
.
* Solid grasp of
finance modules
(AP, AR, GL) and
core operations
(purchasing, inventory, order management, shipping & receiving).
* Experience with
Kinetic UI customisation
(Application Studio).
* Understanding of installation, configuration, and ERP administration in a cloud environment.
* A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a technically complex, fast-paced business setting.
