Residential Property Solicitor – Team Manager
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

Oculus Legal Group is partnering with a highly regarded regional law firm that is continuing to invest heavily in its Residential Property offering. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to step into a manager-level role, combining fee-earning with supervision, mentoring, and team support responsibilities.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload of residential matters while also taking an active role in supporting junior colleagues, helping to maintain standards, and contributing to the continued growth of the team. The caseload is varied and includes a mix of standard and more complex transactions, offering a good level of technical exposure.
There is a clear and structured career development pathway, with the firm actively supporting progression into more senior leadership roles for those who want it.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
* Handle remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions.
* Supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and oversight where required.
* Assist with team management responsibilities, including workflow and file quality.
* Deliver a high standard of client care, ensuring transactions run smoothly and efficiently.
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the process.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider property team.
