Booking Support Administrator

Glasgow City Centre – Salary £25,000 plus access to a performance based bonus

The Role

As a Booking Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in coordinating survey appointments and ensuring our surveyors’ diaries run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll act as a crucial link between customers and our team, providing exceptional administrative and scheduling support.


Your responsibilities will include:

* Inputting survey or retrofit instructions from various clients
* Coordinating and managing daily surveyor diaries and appointments
* Handling incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and fax communications
* Engaging directly with customers to schedule and confirm appointments


Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You’ll be an organised multitasker with excellent communication and logistical skills.


You will ideally have:

* Experience working in a busy office environment with strong teamwork and multitasking demands
* Previous customer‑facing or support role experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence on the phone and via email
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
* A proactive, flexible approach and a strong work ethic
