You will be an integral part of the housekeeping team at a service for neurological conditions, responsible for cleaning all areas of the service, including wards, office spaces, bedrooms, and visitors' areas.

As a Housekeeper, you will be:
* Maintaining security standards by following relevant policies and procedures.
* Actively participating in the day-to-day operations of the team.
* Maintaining excellent telephone etiquette and greeting visitors professionally.
* Establishing and maintaining good relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.
* Undertaking other appropriate tasks as requested.
* Attending mandatory and statutory training annually as required.

You will work at Stanley House, which offers a multidisciplinary approach to long-term care, providing specialized care and therapeutic interventions, including physiotherapy and art therapy, with input from neuropsychiatry experts and specialist clinics.
Residents have varying needs, from managing some personal care to being fully reliant, including assistance with washing, dressing, shaving, continence, and eating. End-of-life care is also provided, supporting residents and their families.
