Role Summary:As a vital member of our accommodation team, you will provide essential support during the busy summer period. Your efforts will help prepare rooms and facilities to a high standard for incoming summer guests and students. This hands-on role involves logistical support, maintenance assistance, and ensuring a quick turnaround of rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with move-in and move-out preparations, making the transition seamless for everyone.
* Deliver supplies like cleaning products and bedding packs across the building.
* Support housekeeping teams by managing waste and transporting laundry or stock.
* Help with room setups, including arranging furniture and making beds.
* Report maintenance issues to ensure all areas are safe and clean.
* Be a welcoming face for new residents and their families on move-in day!
* Collaborate with the front of house team for a smooth check-in experience.
* Complete administrative tasks such as logging maintenance requests and preparing notices.
* Work as part of a team, supporting and respecting fellow team members for exceptional resident living.

About You:Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Good level of general education.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and moving items.

* Excellent customer service skills with significant experience in a customer-facing role.
* Physical stamina for a fast-paced environment.
* Strong time management skills to keep up with demands.
* Keen attention to detail to maintain high standards.
* Culturally aware with adaptable communication skills.
* Friendly, approachable, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
* Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Well-organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
