With a strong focus on strategic asset acquisition and investor success, this company is looking for a high-calibre Investment Sales Manager to help take charge, drive performance, and lead a winning team.

Whether you're a seasoned Sales Manager in property investment, an experienced Team Leader, or a high-performing Senior Sales Consultant ready for your next move, this role offers the platform to lead from the front and shape both team and revenue growth.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-strategise leadership role — it’s a hands-on position for someone who thrives in the action. You’ll be on the phone with your team, closing deals, leading by example and earning overrides, whilst assisting with new development launches and showing what best-in-class performance looks like. At the same time, you’ll be coaching, mentoring, and developing your consultants, creating a high-energy, success-driven culture where targets are exceeded and careers are built.

The Package:
* £40,000 – £80,000 basic salary per annum (to reflect the individual’s current level of sales management experience) with uncapped commission and override bonus (OTE £150,000+)
* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
* Free parking in Manchester city centre

The Investment Sales Manager Role:
* Identify and secure new property investment opportunities
* Build and manage a pipeline of high-net-worth investor clients
* Deliver tailored property investment advice and solutions
* Lead, train, and coach a team of sales consultants to exceed targets
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
* Prepare and present investment proposals and sales reports
* Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
* Assist with new development launches
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
The Person:
* Proven experience in property investment sales (essential)
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Solid understanding of UK property markets and investment products
* Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team (essential)
* Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Ability to manage multiple client relationships
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
