About the Role:
Tripod Partners are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to support a private hospital in Cheshire on a part-time, basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a high-quality pharmacy service in a clinical environment, working alongside a committed healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on the safe and effective management of medicines across the hospital
* Promote a patient-centred, multidisciplinary approach to pharmaceutical care
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate tailored pharmaceutical interventions
* Support consultants and clinical staff with evidence-based, cost-effective medication guidance
Candidate Requirements:
* GPhC-registered Pharmacist
* Minimum of 1 year’s post-registration experience in a hospital setting
* Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
* Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a clinical environment
