Our client, a leader within their field, manufacturer and repair their products across Europe. They are currently seeking a Service Administrator to join their friendly team of 2 and report directly into the head of department. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous customer service skills and is looking for a role which offers a great work life balance with a 35-hour working week.
Daily duties will consist of:
1. Managing incoming customer calls and dealing with enquiries
2. Updating all internal systems such as Sage and their own CRM database
3. Dealing with customer complaints
4. Raising jobs and allocating engineers for repairs
5. Working as part of a small team
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised, be computer literate and work well as a team. They offer free onsite parking, 33 days holiday, standard pension and an earlier finish on a Friday.
