They are looking for a Lead Product Manager own their Advice squads, driving user centricity and supporting platform migration and transformation with a focus on leveraging automation and AI products to improve handle times. Ideally, you will be an experienced, outcome driven, Product Manager who has delivered robust programs of digital/ software transformation with strong experience in agile and scrum teams.

Here are a few requirements they have in terms of experience:
* Demonstrable experience in software/ platform transformation delivering scalable solutions.
* Experience shipping products optimising complex processes, data and journeys.
* Exceptional stakeholder skills, with the gravitas to bring senior Exec's on the ride.
* People mgmt. experience, you will act as a player coach with 1 to 2 direct PM reports.
* Experience contributing to product strategy and vision.
* The ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
* experience in delivering product roadmaps via agile and scrum.
* Experience optimising claims journeys, portals or backend services would be a plus.
The position reports into their Head of Product and is hybrid based with 2 days per week required in their central London office location.
