Responsibilities
* The role has clinical and administrative components supporting the therapists in delivering care for children and young people with a range of disabilities and developmental delays, including direct work with children, young people and families under the direction of a therapist.
* The post holder will be joining a skilled, enthusiastic and supportive team of therapists, assistants and administrative staff, in a trust with a strong commitment for continued professional development for all members of staff.
* The post holder will be responsible to work flexibly to assist occupational therapists and physiotherapists in their clinical and administrative work, including data entry.
* The post holder will carry out clinical interventions under the direction of the therapists in special school, clinic, home and mainstream school/nursery settings.
* The client group is children and young people (0-19 years) with disabilities and developmental delays.
* The post holder will be required to be organised and prioritise tasks/workload.
