Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive seeking a fresh opportunity to grow your career by the coast?
Our client, a well-established legal practice in East Kent, is seeking a talented and driven legal professional to join their busy Commercial Property team based at their main office in Margate/Cnaterbury.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling sales, purchases, and asset transactions
* Advising on contracts subject to planning, overages, and options
* Managing commercial lending matters and lease agreements (granting and assignment)
* Acting for developers, occupiers, high net worth individuals, retailers, lenders and borrowers
* Running your caseload independently while contributing to larger property development projects
* Building strong client relationships and assisting in expanding the firm’s commercial property presence
What we’re looking for:
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong technical knowledge, a collaborative approach, and excellent client-facing skills
* The ability to manage your files from instruction to completion
