Role: Additional Support Needs Residential Childcare Worker

Salary: £26,312 to £31,470 depending on qualifications and experience

We welcome applicants with and without Support worker, complex needs Support Worker or someone with residential childcare experience.
We particularly welcome candidates from education, youth work, childcare, healthcare, social care, learning disability support, autism services or SEN support backgrounds.
What You Will Do
* Support young people with daily routines including school preparation, mealtimes and activities
* Provide emotional support and help young people manage challenges in a calm and supportive way
* Create a warm and stable home environment
* Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model
* Take part in activities such as outdoor trips, games, movie nights and creative projects
* Maintain accurate records using our electronic care system (Clearcare).
Working Pattern
* Residential shift work including evenings, weekends and sleepover shifts.
