Ready to make a real difference every day? Join us as a supported living worker, working in our brand new CQC registered service. You will be at the heart of supporting our customers making a big difference to five adults, all of whom have learning disabilities and/or autism and require 24/7 support.
Youll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations.
Typical day
1. Providing regulated care, which will include administration of medication, provision of personal care including support with bathing and dressing.
2. You will assist customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop their independence, helping them to achieve the goals, aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans.
3. Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting and providing support in the community.
4. Support attending appointments, taking part in hobbies and interests or attend college or work.
5. Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews
