Position Overview
We are seeking a Microsoft Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern automation and AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of cloud, automation, and intelligent systems—architecting scalable Power Platform solutions while integrating advanced AI capabilities. You’ll work closely with enterprise clients, shape technical strategy, and guide delivery teams to build high-impact digital transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing end-to-end architectures using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and RPA technologies
* Integrating AI capabilities such as Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and virtual agents
* Leading and mentoring Power Platform developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery
* Working directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs
* Supporting presales conversations and contributing to reusable architectural patterns
* Developing and deploying cloud flows, desktop flows, custom connectors, and advanced automation solutions
* Ensuring governance, security, and scalability across all solutions
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform experience
* Strong expertise in Power Automate (cloud + desktop), API integrations, and custom connectors
* Experience with AI integrations or agentic automation
* 2+ years in a team lead or senior developer role
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Solution Architect Expert)
