You will work closely with teachers and wider staff to help pupils access learning, follow routines, stay engaged, and develop confidence in the classroom. You may provide 1:1 support, small-group intervention, and practical classroom assistance depending on pupil need. The Candidate: You are calm, reliable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils who need extra support to succeed in school.
