We are looking for a Multi traders for work in Swansea, Pembroke and Bridgend. This will be working on maintenance and repairs within occupied homes on a temporary to permanent basis. You will receive £20 per hr, company van, and an opportunity for a permanent position (if desired)
As a Multi trade your main duties will include:
Repairs within occupied properties
Ensuring new home owners are happy with work completed
Travelling between sites( Swansea, Permbroke, Bridgend)
Carpentry repairs
We are looking for a Multi trade who has:
Experience working in occupied homes
Keen eye for detail
Carpentry, painting, any additional trade skills are a bonus
In return the Multi trade will receive:
£20 per hr
40 hrs per week
Overtime available
Company van
Fuel card
Uniform
PDA
Power tools
Weekly pay
