DriveAbility Scotland is hiring a Driving Adviser to support its specialist driving assessment service across the Highlands. This role suits an experienced ADI who wants to use their skills in a more meaningful and client focused setting.
The role
* Carry out driving assessments with a clinical team
* Support clients with a wide range of needs
* Deliver clear and structured assessments
* Produce reports with recommendations
* Create a supportive and professional experience for clients
* Travel across the region as required
Working pattern
* 1 day per week
* Increasing to 2 days as demand grows
* Regional travel required
What we are looking for
Essential
* Minimum 3 years experience as an ADI
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good IT and report writing skills
Not essential
* Experience with vehicle adaptations or additional needs
