Nursery Manager – Oxford Area Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Up to £45,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) Location: Oxfordshire Setting Size: Around 40 children & 15 staff members About the Role: Lead and inspire a dedicated team of 15 practitioners in delivering outstanding Early Years provision for over 40 children. This non-ratio, non-office-based role focuses predominantly on developing staff practice and enhancing the quality of provision on a daily basis.
