Crucially, the Graduate Recruitment Consultant role is a sales & business development position, where you will have full responsibility for your own industry!

Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant:
* Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
* Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally. Working with the most established companies and candidates within your market!
* Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
* This position is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch.
