Randstad Education is currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a variety of Primary schools in Sheffield on a regular supply basis. We offer full time, part time, day to day and long term work opportunities to support your work-life balance!

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, your role will include leading and managing the classroom, following the lesson plan set by the class teacher, keeping all students engaged with learning, building rapport with students and staff and providing feedback to the class teacher.
To be successful for the Higher Level Teaching Assistant role, you must:
1. Hold Higher Level Teaching Assistant or an equivalent qualification
2. Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
3. Hold eligibility to work in the UK
4. Have a minimum of 6 weeks experience supporting Early Years/ Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
5. Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
6. Have excellent communication skills
7. Have strong behaviour management
