Job Title: IT Service Management Specialist
Description:
This role requires a highly specialized individual with extensive experience working on the ServiceNow platform. The successful contractor will have in-depth knowledge of all facets of ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITAM, SAM/HAM Pro, ITOM, Agent Client Collector (ACC), Discovery, Cloud Discovery, WSD (Reservation mgt), CSM, HRSD, and SPM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply and manage technical governance frameworks for the platform.
* Develop and implement ServiceNow integrations to third-party applications and technologies.
* Work in Agile environments within a Government setting.
* Maintain expertise in ServiceNow best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements:
* Solutions Architect with extensive experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow's capabilities and limitations.
* Experience working in hybrid environments with some travel required.
* Familiarity with ITIL framework and agile methodologies.
* SC Cleared security clearance.
About the Role:
This is an initial 6-month contract with possible extensions. The role can be based anywhere in the UK, with some travel required to Bristol or London. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying and managing the technical governance framework for the platform. They will also develop and implement ServiceNow integrations to third-party applications and technologies.
