The People and PayrollCoordinator will beresponsible for all aspects of payroll and somePeople/HR duties. Responsibilities:
Take ownership of thepayrolls internal and external systemsensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Dealwith all aspects of payroll complexities IR35 tax credits studentloans maternity/paternity pay travel loans expense payments sickpay holiday pay benefits pensions starter/leaver calculationsetc.
Respond to queries from staff at all levels in atimely manner.
Liaise with HMRC and our softwareprovider to resolve any issues.
Ensure that BACSpayments RTI and AE submissions are accurate and timely.
Administration of benefits on offer to people in thecompany.
Produce and submit reports on general peopleand culture activity.
Actively participate and innovatein building a more digital HR culture by creating ways to improveHR processesusingtechnology.
Experience:
You must have previous payroll systems experience(essential).
Staffology experience isdesirable.
Proven experience as an HR coordinator orother relevant human resources or administrativeexperience.
Professional and confident with a candoattitude and the ability to forge professionalrelationships.
A confident communicator able to dealcomfortably with staff at all levels.
Excellentadministrative and organisational skills with an ability to work onseveral tasks simultaneously.
Can prioritise workloadand maintain effective systems.
Strong teamorientedapproach and able to work flexibly.
The ability toalways handle data with confidentiality andprofessionalism.
Unparalleled attention to detail andtakes responsibility for meeting deadlines.
Proficientin Microsoft Office and other productivity tools with the abilityto learn new software and systems.
