As a result of our reputation and growth in this space, we currently have an opportunity for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Healthcare sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our high performance Public Sector Sales team with significant opportunity for growth and personal development alongside a strong customer base.


Responsibilities

* Identify new name accounts through self-generation activities including marketing, referrals, social media, and collaboration with the marketing team to generate sales-ready leads (SQL).
* Primary objective is net new business; identify growth opportunities across existing customers who may be consuming public cloud.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners, ANS marketing, other ANS Sales teams, VMware, HPE and Dell to maximise the ANS product set into accounts.
* Manage the end-to-end sales cycle through CRM, coordinating with presales solution architects for new logos and existing customers.
* Manage a small set of enterprise and mid-market accounts, overseeing delivery and owning the commercial relationship.
* Ensure a smooth transition into delivery and then into Service Delivery; provide a single point of contact and engagement plans.
* Penetrate ANS products and services for each account, establishing baselines and identifying opportunities; work with the CSM/CSA to ensure excellent customer experience.
* Facilitate renewals with the CSM, CSA and renewals teams; understand landscape and share of wallet across services; own all actions.
* Collaborate with Vendors on new logos and existing accounts.


What will you bring to the role?

* High degree of motivation, goal-oriented, high-energy, and highly focused.
* Proven successful sales experience with a track record of quota achievement; direct sales experience preferred.
* Experience in a solution sales environment, preferably in IT, services, and managed projects and through to support.
* Strong understanding of the software market, including Hosted Applications, managed hosted, software solutions, CRM, SaaS, or related sectors where customer service is key.
* Significant track record of developing routes to Enterprise & Mid-Market and driving exceptional sales performance.
* Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment; proven ability in new business acquisition.
* Fast on feet, quick learner, comfortable with minimal resources and wearing several hats through the sales process.
* Proven B2B sales experience with hybrid or private cloud solutions.
* Security and Police Cleared, or willing to undertake clearance.
* Classically sales trained with a reputable organisation (e.g., Meddic or similar).
