Pearson Carter are currently working with a Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central Diamond Partner who has an office in Surrey. They are looking for a NAV/D365 Business Central Support Consultant with strong experience in NAV and D365 Business Central.

Responsibilities:
* Delivering 1st and 2nd line support to customers
* Working with NAV/D365 Business Central
* Ticketing system/Help desk environment
* Communicating with project team
* Finding best possible solutions
* Supporting projects
Experience:
* Must have experience with NAV and D365 Business Central
* Experience working for a Microsoft Partner
* Experience delivering 1st and 2nd line support
