Be the face of Blue Square with clients and partners across Europe. Lead high-performing teams and create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
DRIVE STRATEGY
Build and deliver client account strategies that fuel sustainable growth and keep us ahead of the curve
CHAMPION OPERATIONS
Oversee large-scale activity across multiple markets, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational brilliance
GROW PARTNERSHIPS
Cultivate and strengthen senior-level relationships with clients and partners, ensuring trust and long-term success
DELIVER RESULTS
Set and track KPIs, drive performance, mitigate risks, and ensure maximum ROI for clients and Blue Square

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
Competitive Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum
