The position would suit someone already operating within chilled food manufacturing who wants broader exposure, more autonomy, and a role with genuine commercial visibility. It is particularly well suited to individuals who enjoy working closely with both customers and operational teams, without becoming disconnected from the factory environment itself.
Experience within retailer-facing technical, quality or account management roles within food manufacturing will be important, alongside a strong understanding of compliance, customer standards and fast-paced manufacturing environments.
