Our client is a prestigious, award-winning luxury 5 star hotel, renowned for its innovative design and exceptional dining experiences, located in the heart of London's vibrant Bankside district in South East London.
Part of a large group of hotels, this property is a busy operation with a main restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, all-day dining in the bar area, room service, and a VIP lounge, as well as F&B facilities for up to 700 covers.
Please note, live in staff accommodation is not available here, therefore candidates should only apply if they are able to commute to the London area daily.
What's involved?
As Chef de Partie, you'll work alongside a team of skilled chefs in a fast-paced, high-end environment, delivering exceptional quality across multiple outlets, including à la carte dining, banqueting, and room service. You'll take ownership of your section, ensure consistent standards, and contribute to an innovative menu that showcases the best of seasonal, fresh produce.
The successful Chef de Partie will be confident in working with high-quality fresh ingredients in a kitchen that prides itself on scratch cooking and creativity. You will have a proven track record in working in quality-driven kitchens, ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel or a leading restaurant. You will be a team player with strong communication skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to constantly learn and grow.
You will work as part of a team of around 20 chefs, catering for an average of (Apply online only) at breakfast and (Apply online only) covers from the all-day dining menu. Brunch is particularly popular here at weekends, with often over 100 covers each day. In addition to the main restaurant and bar, there is a room service menu running as well as a menu in the VIP lounge area.
