Senior Compliance Officer Location: Birmingham 3 days in office Salary: Up to £45k We’re working with a long standing client, a top-tier international firm that’s on the hunt for a Senior Compliance Officer to join their growing Best Practice team. If you’re a natural problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for doing things the right way, this could be a great match The Role Supporting senior members of the regulatory team (COLP/COFA), advising teams on all things compliance, and helping to build a culture that puts ethics and best practice first. Advising on tricky compliance queries (conflicts, ethics, and everything in between) Keeping policies sharp and up to date Supporting training, audits, and file reviews Helping teams understand their regulatory responsibilities Working closely with business acceptance and internal audit functions Prepping materials for compliance meetings and tracking key decisions About You 2 years in Regulatory compliance - within a law firm or SRA Experience with legal compliance, audits, ethics, and more. Confident giving advice to senior leadership Strong attention to detail and organisational skills What's in it for you?
