Due to retirement, we are looking to recruit an Estates and Assets Technician to join our small team based at Number One Riverside. The role will support the Estates Minor Tenancy portfolio, dealing with queries, administrating rents and charges, and updating our Asset Management System.
You will be involved in multiple projects within Estates and play a key role in mapping data sets and polygons to provide visual maps to users and key stakeholders.
Hours are 37 per week, Monday to Friday. We also operate a flexible working scheme which allows a degree of flexibility on start and finish times, subject to the needs of the service.
The role is a combination of office-based and home-working, if desired.
About You:
* You must have experience of dealing with members of the public and internal departments, face to face, over the telephone, and in writing.
* You will be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. You will be a strong team player, flexible, enthusiastic, and able to work to deadlines.
* You will have excellent IT skills, an eye for detail, and good investigative techniques.
* Mapping experience would be an advantage; however, training will be provided.
