Responsibilities
* Provide the highest possible level of care by supporting and assisting residents in all aspects of daily living, including washing, dressing, and eating.
* Promote residents’ independence with a focus on choice, dignity, and respect while supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
* Complete all Daily Charts to a high standard, aiming for 90 % or above during Monthly Daily Charts Audits.
* Maintain all mandatory training completed and current throughout the year.
Qualifications
* Reside within 30 minutes of Oxendon House, Great Oxendon.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* A caring, nurturing, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
Location
Oxendon House is located in the quaint village of Great Oxendon, about 3 miles south of Market Harborough. The home offers personal and dementia care for 43 residents in a country‑house setting.
