Responsibilities
1. Supervising and supporting clinical and junior staff, providing education, training, and mentorship.
2. Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
3. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care collaboratively.

Qualifications, Skills, and Values
* Registered Theatre Nurse with relevant qualifications and post-registration experience.
* Immediate or advanced life support desirable.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills; flexible and motivated.
* Understanding of the importance of continuity in patient care.
* Must be NMC qualified.
