We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Digital Analyst to join a high-performing Digital and Technology function. This role transforms data into clear, actionable insight across digital channels, enabling teams to optimise adoption, conversion, retention and profitability through trusted analytics, experimentation and forecasting.
Reporting to the Digital Customer Insights and Analytics Lead, the CRM Manager will work closely with product, brand and market teams to ensure data quality, consistent definitions and privacy-compliant measurement that supports confident, evidence-based decisions.
Key duties include:
1. Building self-serve dashboards and scorecards covering funnels, cohorts, channels, campaigns and markets
2. Delivering deep-dive analyses that quantify opportunities and recommend prioritised actions
3. Designing, analysing and presenting experimentation and A/B test read-outs with clear decisions
4. Ensuring event tracking, data quality and standardised definitions across digital platforms
5. Producing forecasts and scenario analyses to inform roadmaps, promotions and capacity planning
6. Partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into actionable insights
The ideal candidate will have:
7. A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience
8. 4–6+ years’ experience in digital, product or marketing analytics within e-commerce or consumer apps
9. Strong SQL skills and experience with BI and event analytics tools
10. Solid understanding of experimentation, incrementality and performance measurement
11. Knowledge of data privacy, consent and governance standards
12. The ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
