About the apprenticeship
Duties
HR Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Team
Prepare new, contract changes, letters, and employee communications.
Maintain accurate digital personnel files and employee records.
Support logging of absence, training records, review forms, and other HR documents.
Ensure Social Care Wales registrations are accurate and renewed on time.
Systems & Data Management
Update HR systems with employee information and documentation.
Support the production of HR reports (headcount, sickness, turnover, etc.)
Maintain spreadsheets and trackers.
Ensure all record-keeping is compliant and up to date.
Employee Lifecycle Support
Assist with onboarding and induction processes.
Support probation, appraisal, and training administration.
Help coordinate training sessions, HR meetings, and wellbeing activities.
General HR Support
Manage shared inboxes, responding to basic queries or escalating as needed.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
Support HR events, engagement initiatives, and policy updates.
Learning & Development
Complete all apprenticeship requirements.
Gain exposure to the full HR lifecycle.
Develop knowledge of HR policies, systems, and best practice.

Full training will be provided.
