Your Role
As a Senior HR Partner, youll work closely with senior leaders to identify and deliver organisational change aligned with our Business and People Plans. Youll lead complex restructures, develop delivery models, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and trade unions. Your work will directly contribute to a more agile and effective TfGM.

What youll bring
Youll have extensive experience in senior HR business partnering within complex, unionised public sector environments. Youll be confident leading organisational change, managing restructures, and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential. CIPD accreditation and a relevant degree or equivalent experience are essential.
