Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager - Offline Channels, and other experienced team members, you will become an integral part of The BUSY Group's global marketing team by ensuring that the administrative and customer service activities required for the various programs are carried out in an accurate and timely basis. As well as extensive on-the-job training and support, you'll complete a traineeship in Marketing. So, what does an everyday look like?
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the marketing team
* Provide excellent customer service to our internal and external clients
* Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Support the team in the delivery of email communications
* Coordination of photography and videography shoots and interview schedules
* Assistance with events logistics and coordination
* Support the team by liaising with suppliers for quotes, timelines and deliveries
* Assist with creating basic assets in Canva, following brand guidelines
* Support the collection and organization of media permissions as required
* Help keep marketing calendars, trackers and contact lists up to date
* Assist with capturing content at occasional offsite events or photoshoots as required
Qualifications
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and the willingness to learn other applications and skills as required
* Self‑motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day‑to‑day business operations and administration
* Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanour
