SEND Learning Support Assistant
Location: Exeter EX4
Type of school: SEND KS2-4
Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 3.30pm
We are urgently seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a SEN school in Exeter.
This role requires the successful candidate to have a UK driving licence and own a car.
Responsibilities:
* Guide students as a Teaching Assistant, offering personalised guidance and support.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.
* Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.
* Assist with daily tasks and academic activities, implementing effective interventions to address behavior challenges and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
* Effective communication skills for clear interactions.
* Applicants holding a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will be prioritized.
