Interim CFO - Bicester
* £550 - £650 pd

Robert Half are supporting a leading import and distribution business based in Bicester in the recruitment of an Interim CFO whilst we search for a permanent solution.
The business is a majority family-owned SME with c.£87mil t/o whereby the CFO manages a team of 11 Finance staff. The role requires a hands-on, yet strategically and commercially aware individual to be responsible for all financial aspects of the company strategy.
The role will entail:
* Leading the team through month-end, financial year-end and budgeting period.
* Developing the culture and enhance the moral of the team and supporting with their key deliverables.
* Strong partnering across the business division including sales teams, CEO, other senior executives/non-executives, suppliers and customers.
* Responsibility for cash management policies.
Experience required:
* Qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or other relevant accounting body
* Strong leadership skills
* Hands-on approach and ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
* Commercially-minded - opportunity for margin-enhancement
* Experience of government contracts tender/renewals
